Kathleen is an expert diamond and fine jewelry appraiser with over 30 years of extensive experience.

Kathleen is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America.

We conduct our appraisal services by appointment at our safe and secure building in a private office with you.

Once we see all your items in person, we can then offer assistance in helping you decide which items should be appraised and the exact cost to do the appraisals.

The appraisal is done by appointment with you while you watch.  You will not have to leave your jewelry items.  Your completed appraisal will then be prepared and mailed to you promptly.

All transactions on our property are video and audio recorded

It is important for you to bring any existing appraisals, documents or laboratory reports with you to your appointment.  This may lower your appraisal fees with us and will prevent any additional fees you may incur if you find and present these documents after your appointment.

During your appointment, you are welcome to visit our Goldsmith Shop to discuss any possible repairs or requests that you may need for any of your jewelry items.
